Nathaniel Lamoureux is a 25 year old drummer from Stanhope PEI. Nat's passion for music started at an early age. At 6 years old, he started playing piano and quickly realized that music was for him. Years of reluctant piano lessons gave him an ear for music, and he was able to teach himself drums.

As a member of four bands, Nat is possibly the busiest drummer on the PEI with 3-4 shows a week. Nat is the drummer for Tim Chaisson and Morning Fold , and also plays for John Connolly , and cover warriors Big City (headed by Joey Kitson) and Vintage 4.0 . Nat's great play and professionalism gets noticed and gets him fill in gigs with the Charlottetown Festival every summer.

This is Nathaniel's first first appearance at the Cape Breton International Drum Festival.
