Maurice Moe Hashie is from Summerside, PEI. He has been playing drums for 32 years, since he was five.

"Moe", as his friends call him, has played with numerous bands over the years and has 20 + studio albums to his credit. Moe is a collector of antique drums and antique cymbals; his collection boasts a 1962 ludwig kit & a 1962 Pearl President kit, to name a few. Moe plays drums for the award-winning recording artists EDGE and teaches drums at his music school, Music Rocks Academy, in Summerside, PEI.

Moe also plays guitar, bass, harmonica and sings.
